Solutions by application
The same transfer physics, very different production problems. Start from what you make.
T-shirt & garment decorating
Garment shops live on cycle time. Double-station pneumatic presses let one operator load while the other station presses, effectively doubling output without doubling floor space. The 40×60 cm (16″×24″) platen covers most front and back prints.
Sportswear & teamwear
Numbers, names and full-panel transfers need even pressure and repeatable placement. Semi-automatic flatbed presses and multi-size double-station platforms handle both pre-cut panels and finished garments.
Caps & headwear
Caps need a curved platen that follows the crown. Our double-station cap press keeps two hats in rotation — one pressing while the other is loaded.
Banners & large panels
Wide textile work calls for big platens and even heat. Choose from 60×80 cm aluminum, 70×100/80×100 cm dual-plate manual units, or pneumatic double-station frames up to 100×120 cm.
Promotional products
Bags, pouches, mouse pads and flat gift items need flexible small-format pressing with quick changeovers. A3 and 40×60 flatbeds cover the common gift blanks.
Labels, tags & finishing
Care labels, woven tags and tagless neck printing are small jobs that run all day. A dedicated mini label press at the finishing bench keeps them off your main production presses.
